monday Weigh-In (05. September.2011)

Dare I say the P word?
I hate to think it.. but I might be at another plateau.
This mornings weight; 59.2kg's (130.5)
Really frustrating because I wanted 58.5 (129)
My mum is making a roast for dinner.

  1. Now is the time to completely change your routine. Do a new exercise or do more strength training. Just do something different. And change up your calories. If you eat 750 calories a day regularly, eat 500 one day and then 1000 the next and then down to like 650 then 800 and keep changing it up. Or if you eat a lot of protein, eat more carbs and healthy fats (ex: avocados) and less protein. If you eat a lot of carbs, eat more protein. You begin to plateau when your body gets used to a routine. If you always do the same exercises and eat the same amount of calories and same kinds of foods, you body gets used to it and you can plateau. So when you start to think that you are plateauing or about to, that's when you need to change everything up.
