Heavy

Thank you little miss thin for your confidence, but honestly I'm pretty sure that I've gained again this week. Oh the joy's of going back to uni.
How do I know this? Because I feel seriously heavy AND I haven't had a chance to go to the gym this week. I feel like I was so close to my UGW and now it's slipping further and further away. I don't know what to do.

  1. Maybe you should take a day off and figure out a plan to start fresh with on Monday? It might help if you make a meal plan or some sort of rough guide to follow for diet/exercise. It might help. Don't try to restrict too much to being with. Make a plan that gives you like 1200-1500 calories a day with like 20 minutes of exercise (even if it is just walking) and see how that goes and slowly up the exercise and lower the intake until you get to the point you want to be at. If you gain again this week, you gain. Don't stress too much over it. It'll make it harder to lose. Just focus on getting a plan and then sticking to it come Monday or whatever day works best for you. You can do this. Think about how far you have come. Do you really want to undo it ALL? No, you don't. So figure out what you can do to redo what you have undone so that you don't end up farther behind or back to where you started. You can do it. Just stay strong and stay focused. Figure out distractions from eating and things that will motivate you to exercise. If you have to donate/throw away junk food, then do it. If you have to go out and buy fruits and veggies, then do it. Do what you need to so that you can make a plan and stick to it.
Sorry this was so long, but I hope I motivated you at least a little.
